Dissidia : Warrior of Light

I just found out that on Final Fantasy 1 Origins the warrior of light is the guy in the starting FMV. I remember when it first came out people thought it was Garland or what ever his name is. So I don't feel he is that big of a WTF when I see him in Dissidia anymore. I'm sure a lot of you already knew this but I didn't so :P

He's also the the character shown in the Amano artwork for the game as well.

Oddly enough though this is the first picture of a classic Behemoth dated to the first game, the creature made its debut in FFII. ;)

Well the mystery behind this guy is solved. I've questioned who the character was when Origins first came out. I think I even posted here thinking it was the main villain.

I thought that for quite a while too.

I remember being so annoyed thinking that there was so much more artwork and CG Photos of Garland than the Warriors of Light.

You know, the funny thing is that there is no actual artwork for Garland. Amano never drew one for him and so when he was being designed for Dissidia, Nomura had to blow up pictures of his sprite to get an idea of what he looks like.
