Very simple game, the less you post in this thread the more points you get (points are awarded based on the time from the last post in this thread and the time of yer post), the breakdown of the points are as follows:

Less than a week - 0 points
seven days - 1 point
two weeks - 2 points
three weeks - 3 points
four weeks - 5 points
six weeks - 20 points
two months - 100 points
six months - 500 point
A year - 2000 points

Status Effects
Special Mullet Busting Rule: If you post and the previous post is also yours, any posts by you will be ignored until someone else has posted.
Rule Type-0 HD: You cannot claim more then one set of points within a four week period, how your post affects the last post date for the next claimant will remain a secret until the next time I update the scores.
Bonus Date Rule: If you can make a post so that you can score points on the 25th December you will gain an additional 20 points.

Or you just have to sacrifice a point to make sure you have the potential to get points later on. :p Having negative points makes the game have a new depth of strategy. :p

Also cockblocking would still be a perfectly fine strategy. But it will be a double edged sword.

I am introducing a special rule for the next point only, the time limit is expanded to a minimum of 11 days between the last thread post and yours. However there is a reward for this one off rule change, for every full hour after the appointed time you will gain 2 additional points. So if it's three hours and 20 mins after the specified time you will gain a grand total of 7 points.

simple, if you make the first post after no one has posted for 192 hours, you win a point. If you make the first post after no one has posted for 336 hours, you win 5 points. If you make the first post after no one has posted for a month (I assume it varies depending on the length of the month), you win 20 points, but this will never happen.
