I'm too lazy to type. A quick check to my backloggery suggests I've finished around 200 titles. Sadly I'm not as fervent as PfP. There are stacks of games on my shelf literally gathering dusts with many still wasting away in their cellophane wrappers with the price tags still attached. Even worse is my Steam account which has dozens of games I've never installed once. I'm a sucker for great deals on games I have every intention of playing, but ultimately I have trouble finding the time to follow through.

I'm always working on getting better about setting goals for myself. I told myself I was not going to purchase any more (non-Steam, non-bargain) games until I'd actually finished some things wasting away on the shelf.

But lo is me. I picked up DQ IX today because I watch itching for a portable RPG of its sort. Meanwhile I'm snapping up DLC for Borderlands (x2 since I'm playing with my wife).

I've got to make myself finish games before starting and buying more. RDR is only just begun just as is 3DDGH. I was trying to get though GTA IV DLC, but got distracted by RDR half way through LatD. Not even sure what distracted me from RDR (probably real life), but I sure am having trouble getting back on the wagon.

In general the greatest evils are great old games that I love and keep coming back to (f**k you Oblivion) and RPGs that last as long as half a dozen non-RPGs.

To top it off... Civ V is coming to rape all that is left of my humanity.... must.... resist...
