When someone takes a foregin song and replaces the lyrics with English giberish? For instance there is a French song that I personaly did English lyrics for long ago (I haven't got the lyrics anymore) and it was stuff like "I'm washing up my door" even though the song is French.

One example would be that "Yatta" flash video - the song itself is Japanese, but the video creates English nonsense for the lyrics.
