Thoughts? Looks like Akitoshi Kawazu is back to work.

Looks like its a remake of Saga 3 (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/111/1117411p1.html) (Final Fantasy Legend III for the GB). Not surprising since they just released a remake of the second game not too long ago in Japan.
