I just finished doing a walkthrough of Final Fantasy X on YouTube. It is of the North American version, so there are no Dark Aeons nor any Penance.
The Trailer

Here are some things that I covered in it, trying to keep as many spoilers out of the list as possible:
- winning the first Blitzball game versus the Luca Goers
- pushing the Chocobo Eater off the cliff
- demonstrating Seymour's overdrive
- building affection with Rikku instead of Lulu (ie. Guadosalam and the 'snowmobile' ride)
- every side quest including Omega Ruins
- showing the easiest, and quickest, method of dodging 200 lightning bolts in the Thunder Plains
- putting the Butterfly Catching game into a perspective to make it easier to do
- acquire every Aeon
- the step-by-step process from Cloudy Mirror to everybody's fully-charged Celestial Weapon
- manually cracking the airship passwords by following the in-game hints * as far as I was able to find, I am the ONLY person on YouTube to show this
- visit each Temple in Spira before finishing the game
Things not covered in the main Playlist, but may be added in at a later date:
- the Monster Arena (beyond Auron's Mars Sigil)
