Star Ocean : The Last Hope - SP Problem

Hello everyone. I'm sure some people here know me, some don't. Recently I've been playing Star Ocean : The Last Hope and I've come along a problem. When I leveled up all my party members to max I realized that they are no longer gaining Individual SP. I've tried getting ambushed and winning SP bonus stuff but it just gets sent to my Party SP. I got like 7000 party SP and no individual SP. Is it even possible to raise my other battle skills now? Stuff like Steal and INT ups? Thanks in Advanced.

To answer my own question in case someone else ever wonders...

You gain individual SP by leveling up. Once at a max level you won't be able to get more individual SP. However you can go to Skill Boost in the menu and use party SP like you would individual SP. You can get Party SP by doing quests and special events like opening chests. Also you can always gain Party SP by getting ambushed and getting green dots on the bonus board. Just press X instead of A when trying to level up a skill in Skill Boost.
