I think this fits here.
Produce the name of the first PERSON (or animal/thing/concept given human form) that comes to mind for the CATEGORY. Then give a new category. Nothing is off-limits unless the category has already been used. Theoretically, PERSONs can be named for multiple categories. After posting, wait until at least three people have posted or (failing that) at least 2 days before posting an answer. It should not be impossible to think of SOMEBODY for each category, so this should build pretty quickly.
Example Category: Cheese
Example Person: Timer the Cheese Guy
