You use 1280 ? I have 1900. Come back to the 21st century

I plan to gain 10-15 lbs by the end of the year.

Personal:
- Consistently stay on a serious work-out routine.
- Try some type of gentle exercise, like yoga, to relax and help with stretching.
- Maintain at least a 3.8 GPA so that I can get into the BA-MA 5 year program of my choice.
- Try to plan out my papers in advanced in Spring semester, so I don't lose my love for writing again.
- Learn embroidery
- Be less shy

Business:
- Actually keep track of my monthly earnings and spendings with a spreadsheet.
- Reach 100 sales by July.
- Branch out with some more advertising.

I'm with PG. If you're not supporting 1920x1080/1200... x2, you're living in the past. I'll give you a break for 1680x1050, but only if you're doing it with a pair.

But seriously, I don't do New Years resolutions. The problem with NYRs is that people make them, can't follow through, and wait until the next year to make failing resolutions again.

You wanna change your life? Do it now. Don't wait for an indicated time. Do it TODAY. You wanna be better read? Grab a book. You wanna loose weight, start eating differently now. Don't even do that "next month" crap. It's too easy to procrastinate.

People who fall into the NYR trap are setting themselves up for failure.

I'd prefer 1680x1050 over 1920x1080 any day. 16:9 is only acceptable on tv screens, not on monitors.

also it's silly to make resolutions that start on new year only to forget about them 2 days later so I won't. My goal is still the same as it were yesterday and the day before that, which is to become awesome.

So far progress is going pretty slow but we're getting there

- Lose 15 pounds and tone up a bit
- Look into going back to University again in September 2011 (this one is definitely happening)
- Establish a regular gigging band ( I've 2 in the works  )
- Find a job even a part time one

- Get a job so I have a weekly figure to work with.
- Make a super responsible budget plan with said figure so I can feel like I'm a little closer to being a responsible adult.

Anyways, I made a resolution a few years ago to never make a New Years resolution again. I'm doing pretty well so far.

Put together and successfully maintain a marine (seahorse) aquarium.
Start up my Etsy glasses shop.
Mostly pay off my vehicle loan, which will leave me debt free.
Get promoted at my job.

I'm pretty sure "lose ten pounds" is on every girl's list. Also, I've thought about bouncing back to being vegetarian, but I'm undecided on that, and don't think I could stick with it.

I am going to finish the books I start. Get at least a 3.5 GPA for both semesters. Apply to grad school.

While I like 16:10 on monitors better than 16:9, I'll still take 1920x1080 over 1680x1050. It's more screen real-estate and you're ultimately not really loosing anything vertical (actually a small gain) and you're gaining a lot horizontal. 1920x1200 is clearly superior, but I wasn't gonna turn down the great price on my huge monitors.

With the exception of probably rubah (who could probably beat me up but we never did anything remotely physical during those weeks), I tend to find that most of you girls who want to lose weight should be focusing on gaining muscle instead.

For example I could be my mass and lose strict fat and end up being a 140 nobody or I can keep my mass and gain muscle and be a 165 lbs nobody. See

Shlup

I consider gaining muscle part of maintainable weight loss.

Become even lazier in all aspects of my life. I will begin by poking Psychotic until he reduces my username to K. This isn't my computer and when the owner uses CCleaner it logs me out. So, I can't stay logged in all the time, and typing Kyle is just too long.

Create a real budget for myself and start saving more money. Now that I have a decent job this should be easier, since I'll be too busy making money to spend it.

Gain muscle in my upper body cause I'm getting flabby and can't wear some of my fave shirts anymore. Just need a bit more muscle really.

Meet up with Roogle finally, so he can learn to be afraid of ever making contact with another EoFFer.

Move into a better place which is where my finances will be going. The hard part will be trying to find a dependable roommate whom I won't try to murder within the first month of living together.

Graduate from school or at least set it up so I can graduate before the next decade is over.

Finish one of my writing projects, any of them, even some geeky fan-fiction or something, just so I can prove to myself I can still finish things.

Finish a few of the games I have collecting dust around here. Like Silent Hill 2 and God Hand.

This has been, according to the radio, the wettest December in well over 100 years. We've had over 10 inches this month. Despite the interference with my running, it's awesome.

I have absolutely no resolutions this year. What does that mean about what kind of person I am? Does it mean that by not setting goals I am not a proactive person?

Anyway, I actually kept my 2010 resolution. Who else did?

* Use the stuff I have more.

* Read more.

Due to my crappy 2010, I have adopted the nihilistic resolution of making 1 random persons life miserable for 1 year! But not the internet because of the block option!
