I'm a big fan of World War II ships and have had several chances to visit one of the few remaining liberty ships that still runs, the John W. Brown. They were used in large convoys to transport supplies across the Atlantic and also between different allied ports in Europe.

I built this in Lego Digital Designer 4.0 which allows you to custom build your own models. It would cost $3,000 to actually make!

Awesome. I love the little lego croissants, that's a nice touch.

Merci. I wanted to add a bowl of fruit but the software will only allow me to place items that are connected to other studs.

My favorite detail is you can see the engine room through the skylight, which is a feature of the real ship.
