Earlier this afternoon I was at work, dancing away like an idiot to a CD compilation of songs such as agadoo and hokey kokey when I somehow managed to twist my ankle. Very badly. It may or may not be sprained, I don't know yet. It's swollen, hurts like hell and I can barely walk. But the worst thing is, I was wearing crocs, which my boss blames for the ankle twisting rather than my stupidity and has banned them with immediate effect, meaning the 90% of my collegues who wear them will probably kill me.

What completely unavoidable injuries have you caused by your own stupidity?

Every injury I've had was unavoidable. Not letting go of the rope in time before I crashed into a tree, jumping into the gears of my bike and tearing up my leg, trips and falls, jumping onto rocks knee first / elbow first, falling on my face, etc

My arms and legs have so many scars I look like I drive-by victim.

I've burnt myself slightly at work when I forgot the racks i pulled out of the oven were still hot and bumped into them...
