I haven't absolutely no problem believing that he was 100% serious with that quote. He has not been secret about his desire to bring Firefly back into any medium given the opportunity.

Even if they could get the rights of the show, the actors have likely moved on to other projects. Fillion himself is for the first time on a show that is actually mildly successful and wasn't canceled in its first season. I don't think he would walk away from that to do more Firefly, but I guess if he won $300M he could do whatever the smurf he wanted.

Haha, I saw that page day before yesterday and was momentarily excited before thinking the same as Shlup. I doubt it'd ever happen, but if it did it would be amazing.
