Kind of like "Say it with a Song" only using quotes.
The idea is that you think of a hilarious reaction quote from a sitcom to answer the question presented. Then present a new question. Of course, this game isn't as easy as just looking up random song titles on the internet. It actually requires you to be a bit of a comedy geek/buff/whatever.
Example: Where have you been?
Answer: Everywhere. The kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, outside in your waiting - the kitchen. (Marshall Eriksen, How I Met Your Mother)
Of course, if you know the character well enough, you could probably make something up that sounds like them and just put their name.
Anyway, since this idea is a bit more complicated, I won't be surprised if it dies rather quickly.
