Thought this was going to be about the supposed reboot of the film series. My opinion on that is as bleak as you would expect.

As for the video.....it was mildly amusing. If I could successfully mess around with Doom WAD's then Im sure its all I would do with my time.

Yeah, never play it on a laptop, it sucks big time.

If you a game that's easy to mod though I'd call with either Wolf 3D or GTKRadiant for games like Jedi Outcast/ Academy, and Quake. I've made a few GTKRadiant maps. I started a yoda hut, a while back but never finished it.

I also used it as a modeling program for back grounds to a adventure gaming project I started. Heck, even making terrain is easy in GTKRadiant, even is adding ambient sound. I'd go with that program. Just as easy is Wolf 3D modding programs.

Doom, I haven't modded in it yet but I think it's more about math than it is just simple placement of shapes, 3d models like Radiant is and which takes care of all the math for you.
