I wonder why Gearbox Software produced such a staged video to make an announcement about a heavily anticipated title like that. Maybe it is a joke to get more people talking about the game?

I feel that with the release of Duke Nukem Forever will be a kind of watershed of my life; that with it being released I'll officially be old. As I currently see it, waiting for DNF has been a constant in my life for so long that it'd feel wrong for me to lose that.
