Since this is just a small thing and is still just speculative at this point. There is still some hope that The Last Story might see western shores (http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/109035-Western-Domain-Registered-for-Final-Fantasy-Creators-Last-Story).

Something similar has happened with Xenoblade, it's likelier to come to N. America in addition to Europe.

The difference is the Last Story was registered over a year ago, whereas Xenoblade was registered around the same time the EU version was announced, so it seems a little likelier. Of course, it'd be amazing to get more confirmation of these two coming to the states :)
