Theyre ok I guess, in the category of thin skinned fruit I prefer pears though.

Of the few threads I've started, yours is almost the same as one of them (http://forums.eyesonff.com/general-chat/126164-how-do-you-like-them-apples.html).

Who said I was talking about FRUIT huh.

Besides, your thread and mine have nothing in common. If anything, I stole the idea from here (http://www.eyesonff.com/members/wiki/other/apples).

a nice, crisp, tart apple is about as close to nirvana as one can get without actually attaining buddhahood.

I can't eat apples. They irritate my throat. A Jew and a Chinese man walk into a bar and there is this naked priest sitting there....

Not according to the creator.

Q: APPLES DO NOT FALL UP

A: They're more like giant cherries....

One is the FAQ from the site for the game, the other is a wiki. Come on.

From that page:

Although several people refer to the Delicious Fruits as apples, the creator of I Wanna Be The Guy refers to them as giant cherries, as quoted from the forums. "they're more like giant cherries..."

I like crisp green apples, and IF I can find one a crisp red apple like a Spitzenburg or a Jonathan. Macintoshes are too damn mushy. :mad2: Why do I know the names of different types of apple?

Who here likes apple butter?

:D I knew FOA would have had it. If you guys can find it, get some raisin bread to go with it and enjoy. I mean I can find it in stores around here, you two might have to order from the internet or something crazy. shrug.

FOA have you ever tried pumpkin butter, or the really hard to find peachbutter? I heard legends about peachbutter, but I've never found it. :(

I need to figure out how to make this stuff, because I've thought that pear, plum, or mango butter variants would be really tasty. I've never seen them around though.

I eat about 3-4 apples a day, and I can never get enough! I like them sweet, and not sour. Lady Pink are my favorite apples.

My great grandma used to make some serious applebutter, but when I got old enough to be interested in it she was past doing. Maybe one of my aunt's has her recipe. I'll make apple butter for everyone!

I've heard of peach butter, but not pumpkin. These things need to happen to me.

EDIT: According to Wikipedia pear butter is popular in Belgium. This is fantastic news.

If you get your grandma's recipe and it's not some crazy secret, I'd like to have it. I'd like to try making something like that. I'm sure I can find some other recipe, but it'd be cool to have a recipe I didn't yank of the intarwebz.

It's cool Belgium rocks the pear butter! I thought it sounded good when it popped in my brain. I'll dig around and see if anyone else has tried plum butter or mango butter yet. Who knows? People probably have tried it. There's probably ostrich butter.....
