This is in relation to the second part of its name... it's a gun

This is just a blatant reference to the train

It's the fourth enemy you fight on the train and the last part indicates that it's a timed event

I'm guessing it's something you have to steal from a boss but can buy nearby if you don't. The timing clue is how to either defeat or avoid the boss and presumably the Star Wars hint refers to the item itself - and the theft thereof - but that'll take more thought.

I've never done a riddle before so sorry in advance if it's hard/easy/awful.

I'm not really sure about the first or fourth line but the middle two make me think of those penguin creatures you fight near Cosmo Canyon amongst other places.

I think they're called SkeeSkee or something. But yeah they're a long way from home because they're penguins and they have that Rage Bomber attack.

The emerald and ruby is about their brightly coloured head plumage being red and green (and thus distinguishing them from the other palette swap penguins) and the last line is because rage bomber makes you angry too ("my shoes") with the Fury status and, if you don't have any tranquilizers, will have to walk to Cosmo Canyon to get some.
