The overly complex burger. (http://gizmodo.com/#!5799460/the-burger-so-insane-it-might-as-well-be-science-fiction)
So let's hear some opinions on the cooking/foodie fad that's currently infecting both sides of the pond. What are some thoughts?
On the one hand, I think it's getting a lot of foreign cuisines that I wouldn't have had the opportunity to try before in to my area. I've gotten to try some really great stuff, and had somethings prepared so radically different that it almost made it a whole new dish.
Still, it's beginning to pop-up everywhere. Everyone has a cooking show, and everyone is trying to become some sort of food snob. Is anyone else getting annoyed with it sometimes?
