Can't be arsed looking for jobs anymore. Stupid world. Stupid jobless country. Anyone got a job for an unexperienced chemist? No puns please (unless absolutely necessary).

I know a few lads on the look out for chemists. The pay is fantastic, cash in hand. Their labs are usually in flats or vacant factories. The hours are great & you get to take home samples. If you like your knees don't take more than allowed. Let me know & I'll give you directions to a phonebox where they can call you.

I'll pay you 50 cents per hour for chemistry lessons. I have no background so I have to learn a lot. You can make lots of money bc I'll need literally a/some thousands hours which can be a lot of dough in payment. Like 500-1000$!

Have you tried pretending to be uneducated and applying for :bou::bou::bou::bou: jobs? That seems to work for some people. Some.

Tried! And most annoying is that all those jobs are kinda taken by foreigners. I apologize if that offends but its the truth.

I don't see why that's annoying. Foreigners are full-fledged human beings with needs too.

I just started my job hunting back up again. Yay!

teach full time

@Shlup - what happened to the part time / substitute teacher / I forget job?

@Caboose - is it possible to get a worthless job in your field but rise through the ranks quickly once you are in? If I absolutely had to start over with my position I would support some low-level crap and fast track to be the supervisor.

I've been trying that for ages but its a terrible catch 22 here. No experience, no job. No job, no experience!

Something in education. My last job was teaching math, so I'm mostly applying for jobs with children.

I'm still subbing but I'd rather have a job where I'm not relying on getting woken up by my phone at Unholy AM.

@Caboose: I got this job through referral (sort of) in that my friend here told me about the job opening and described me to his supervisor

Sometimes it is necessary to get a referral. Go QQ to your prof maybe? Or ask him/her to let you intern. If you've been looking for work for this long you must've developed a system of not dying / paying for rent .

Money Matthew. Money is the issue. I'd do an internship tomorrow but the cost of living and the length of time it would take social welfare to respond to it would leave me homeless in about 3-4 weeks.

Number 1 I was taking the piss. 2 I share your hatred for being unemployed and 3 who the fuck is Matthew ;)
