She likes cute things, so I did a search on Etsy, but most of the cute stuff just isn't cute enough or she has it already. She likes Corgies like Laddy, likes to cook, and has an iPhone so I'm trying to find something cute along those lines that will ship in a day.

I disagree. I am one of those people who likes cute things, and plush dolls are cute, but people just keep giving them to me. I am a grown woman, dammit, and they take up a lot of space. No matter how much it pains me, I end up giving a lot of my plushies away.

A figurine would be a much better choice, for they are smaller. Maybe get a Japanese blindbox or two.
