Do These Missions in FFX-2 Carry over to Chapter 6?

Do the Hidden Halls of Bevelle and Demon of the Sands carry over to Chapter 6? These seem difficult and I want to continue with the story, but I don't want to miss my chance at completing them.

All progress in any mission is lost when you start a new game plus.

You will keep all of your dresspheres, AP earned, accessories, garment grids etc, so the next play through will be much easier.
