how long after you have mated some chocobos untill they go at it again? I frogot to save before mating and was not pleased with my offspring :-/

You just need to have about 5-10 random fights and they'll be good to go. Apparently, scrapping with a few Mu's around the farm is the FF7 equivalent of Chocobo viagra.
