So did anyone else watch the premier tonight? What did you think? I enjoyed it for the most part and I laughed a fair bit of the time. I thought they did a good job bringing ashton in and his character I think is gonna go better than I thought. The only complaint I have is the opening and how crappy they pretty much smurfed charlie off the show and made a mockery of his funeral. I understand they had to stay funny but I didn't care much for it

I watched it. It was pretty silly, though I guess that was the point. I don't remember laughing at any of the jokes, so I probably won't be watching any more.

I liked the show in the beginning and I liked the majority of this episode. I'm not sure I like that Ashton is still playing guy from Dude Where's My Car?.

It sucked. Maybe once they get in the groove of things of having ashton on it'll get better, but this first episode was just awkward as fuck.

I've never watched the show much before, but I was curious about all the Ashton hooplah, so I gave it a shot. Eh. It's all right. I'm not really one for multi-camera live audience sitcoms.

Arguably the single worst 'comedy' on TV before, I doubt the change in 1 cast member will help it's cause.

Yeah, have to agree. There only so much facepalm sexual innuendo jokes you can take. The basis of the show rely's on Charlies free nature and his brother's (forget his name) reaction throughout each episode. I don't see how they can incorperate this into this new season with Ashton's character, unless they change aspects of the shows direction. Either way, I never liked the show, hope it bombs miserably.

Continues to fail miserably.

It was already crap, and it still is.
I never watch it, but I was curious as to how they would handle Charlies death, and they did it awfully. I mean come on, even comedy shows sometimes have emotional moments. Guess the creators were just rubbing it in Sheens face.
