Today, I learned the hard way that when they say super glue, they really mean the "super".

my damn ass parents wanted my kid brother to go to college for something. So my brother said 'okay i want to be an animator'

however animation colleges demand that you have a portfolio - basically my brother had 0 to very close to nil animation experience. So they forced him to apply for something he could get accepted in.

So now my brother is finally about to finish his last semester for.....get ready for this: graphic design

the amount of sheer rage he has been going through during the past 3 years makes me believe that the crap I read in notalwaysright.com is one sided. Also what you should be getting from this post is that my brother was strong-armed into graphic design because parent units didn't want to wait a year for him to get his shi ... get his portfolio set up. GET A DIPLOMA. NOW NOW NOW. PAPER GETS YOU JOBS

Yeah my friend went into graphic design and it is absolute crap. He now works as a UPS driver.

I wanted to be an interior designer. I instead opted for the practical route and went into sales because it`s almost impossible not to get a job in sales.

Not to take on too many projects at once and instead manage my time better with a single project or two so that other projects can be spread out more. And also learning when to say no to certain projects (hint: not porn).

With any project I approach, I take careful consideration of what would be the most efficient way to find myself to completion, I plot it out and I prepare to undertake the steps to my goal.

Generally after the first step I throw away the instructions and my plans, put my hair in a ponytail, bang my head against the wall for a few hours, eat some paper and muddle my way out.

You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like. I have learned that same lesson. All up my arm, across my face, through my hair. I don't even know how long I spend in the tub, soaking and rubbing my skin with acetone.

Also, when a cookbook says "wear gloves when working with fresh jalapenos," they mean it. Not just in case you touch your face, but it burns your fingers through your skin.

I have to repeatedly learn the hard way that fire burns and that my fleshy exterior is not as fireproof as I would like to believe.

I have also learned the hard way that Douglas Adams severely understated how difficult it is to throw yourself at the ground and miss.

I'm learning how to drive, and I learned the consequences of accidentally going through stop signs. Would definitely say it was learned the hard way.

I also learned that if I'm not consistent in potty training my puppy, she's going to poop up a storm in every room.

I was only 8 years old and I was playing tag in the street... which led onto a quiet road which happened to be empty 99% of the time, I tag'd someone and was running away from them while laughing at their pathetic attempts to warn me about the car that was coming my way, I turn around just in time to see a big Volvo rolling its way towards me and I tried to stop, only to trip over and headbutt the car as it went by, hospital and stitches ensued.

I had alot of accidents as a kid lol.
