Today I explained to Hux what a rep Limit Break was. He genuinely did not know. It's because he uses all the girly themes that don't have Limit Breaks :monster:

What are some things you have taught people lately? Or, conversely, what are some things you have learned lately? :kakapo:

I learned that my girlfriends always seem to have poor taste in EoFF themes :mymelbert:

I taught my friend about modal borrowing because he doesn't pay attention in class.

Awareness is a state of being I am perpetually trying to impress upon people; nothing is more useful than possessing a mind which can absorb data and process it into information. When concepts are not easily extrapolated, I deign explanation because no one wants to be both in a conversation and in the dark.

Recently, I needed to walk someone through why they would not want to play with a laptop on an inflatable raft. Aside from the immediate danger of water, they had not quite figured that using a heat-generating device on vinyl-shelled air was a bad idea. After all, nothing else inflatable had met a nefarious end due to heat, right?

On the forums index, if this is the most recent thread posted in, it displays as "Some Men Just Want to Watch" and I thought this would be about something a little ...different. xD

At work, there is a new guy, so we're constantly teaching him things at the moment. It's all good.

I once taught Justy something about stats but I don't remember what it was or what I taught him.

If I had to make you sing a sing, I'd make you sing the entire score of the HMS metaphor...pinafore.

I choose Default because I'm a mainstream conformist.

I taught a group of In-School Suspensions students to sit there quietly, do their work and to not try my patience.

It was fun.

I want to know what limit breaks are. Also I remember when every post had a link called "porn".

While you were gone we got a reputation system, if a post gets enough reps then limit break! In some skins anyway. The ones I don't use :(

I spent two days trying to explain to my ex why not everyone agrees on certain principles be believe in but that doesn't make them any less right. It was like explaining the controversy about homosexual marriage to a four-year-old.

Awareness is a state of being I am perpetually trying to impress upon people; nothing is more useful than possessing a mind which can absorb data and process it into information. When concepts are not easily extrapolated, I deign explanation because no one wants to be both in a conversation and in the dark.

Always learning from Google and Wikipedia. Always teaching my Gen X parents who know very little about everything.

My mom has taught me how to acquire app-game friends on Facebook because none of my "real" Facebook friends want to play the apps with me. And my cousins like to pretend they want to spend time with me. Sheesh. Heh.

I switched back to classic shortly after my return so I have no idea what my rep is... I think I shelled out only a couple initially.

I try to teach people things but when they don't auto-get it I give up.
