Battlestar Galactica Spinoffs?

Hey all, me and my roommates recently marathon-ed through all of BSG. We loved the show and are waiting for the new Breaking Bad season to be out on DVD and trying to find something to watch as we wait, are any of the Battlestar Galactica spinoffs worth watching? (Caprica, etc?)

I watched a few episodes of Caprica. I found it boring. It certainly does not have the intensity of BSG.

There were some movies and I'm not sure if any of those are worth my time either :P

I like Caprica, but it is a complete change of pace from BSG. It does start out kind of slow, but it gathers momentum by the end. The ending makes it clear that the second season we didn't get would've been way better than the first.

As for the other spin-offs, Razor is pretty good; The Plan is only mediocre.

Oh, those movies. Yeah, I liked Razor. It sets up the latter half of BSG pretty well. I haven't watched the whole of The Plan, but my understanding is that it's pretty much a retcon to make the ending make sense.

I find Caprica to be a decent series, but it's nothing like BSG. It's worth a shot though.

I liked the spinoff movies. :(

Razor is really good and you probably should have watched that between seasons but whatever. The plan I have yet to watch. And I wasn't interested in caprica.
