I have a date.

With a cute girl named Lyric, tomorrow I am going to take her to a nice Italian Restaurant and to an opera house to see the nutcracker.
I have high hopes for this one, so keep your fingers crossed!

Every Christmas he gets drunk and rants in 13/8

Sylvie

And Tremolo is such a pain in the ass. Every year at Christmas he comes in corpse paint, shrieks about burning churches, and complains about sell-outs like some kind of horrible sycophant.

Thought I'd be one of the first to post a normal message... plus all the good musical related names had already gone.

You're taking a girl on a first date to an Italian restaurant and a ballet? I'm not as much of an expert on women like popular forums members Iceglow and NorthernChaosGod who are undoubtedly masters of this art, but from what I do know, that is not a good move. You need to wait until you've been out with her a few times. Hell, maybe even in a relationship. You then use these two activities to earn blow job points.

Anyway, impossible though it may be, if it's true he's definitely getting laid. Chicks dig food.

Yeah - I was going to ask why you are taking a date to a restaurant and a play if it (sounds like) your first date. Sounds awesome. My advice (if anything) is to dress really well. If you have time tailor your dinner jacket and slacks, and pay one of those mall guise to spit shine your shoe.

I finally got my shoe shined at the airport and it's hella worth it

The last time I hung out with a girl I just invited myself into her apartment after watching this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_40-Year-Old_Virgin) with her.

I mean wait, am I a touchless, kissless, hand-hold-less virgin on EoFF as well? Whatever.

What does a girl look like guise?

No it was on DVD. I love that movie up until this scene.

Then it's boring.

Yeah! You're nailing me! Cool! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5ndDmTwl4I)

As I am not a virtuoso like Steve or Jules I'm afraid I have no wisdom to impart regarding the Mozart of dating, but I wish you the best of luck, hopefully you two will find you get on in harmony.

Julian, however... well, if Megan doesn't I will. :|

If you're taking her to the Ballet and to a meal it's a sure fire way to get her performing like a soprano later in the evening, maybe with a little jools holland on in the background. It's smooth alright, smoother than Diana Krall. Though maybe you ought to watch out for her dad Sonnet, he'll probably be sitting on the porch out front with a shotgun casually cleaning it when you get home like all these country fools do.

Hypo, you may have been better off playing the charming poor boy to raise intrigue in the lady. Even if you can afford what you're doing now. It creates an illusion of financial and dispositional growth once you finally take her out to a classy meal and evening.
