Hamlet defence delayed 'til patch 1.22, but yeah, looks interesting. I might just pay for a month and check it out when it happens!

And it's out! Patch 1.21 notes in all their glory: [patch1.21] Patch 1.21 Notes (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/39024-patch1.21-Patch-1.21-Notes)

FFXIV Player reaction is spread throughout the forums and from what general threads I've read over, it's a great patch but too early to give a real verdict on. If ME3 wasn't out today, I'd be subscribing a month to see how it's progressed but will wait until I've finished ME3 and Journey first, now, I think. :)

Did they ever give you access to that one city yet?

Yes, although I don't know how many.

I wish. :( I reckon it'll be a 2.0 thing - I can't see them releasing a new map until then.
