Which of these shows should I watch between Castle, Firefly, and Stargate SG-1?

I have to choose a few random episodes to watch out of one of these three shows for my ENG101 class and evaluate them. I'm kinda leaning towards Firefly because its concept kinda reminds me of Cowboy Bebop, but I really know next to nothing about these shows. Between the three, which should I watch and evaluate?

Firefly - because it's fantastic.

Castle is pretty quality but Firefly is forever.

Firefly because it's amazing. It's also not very long so you can finish up the series after you get your assignment done.

If you need to evaluate one of those shows, you should choose Firefly. Castle is amazing, and you should watch it, but it follows the typical formula of a cop show. Stargate is boring.

Yeah firefly is fairly short so you can get it done quickly. Castle and Firefly both have nathan Fillion so :monster:

Definitely Firefly, it's awesome. Castle is pretty good. Never seen Stargate!

Edit: So, it turns out this is a pretty epic show. Now I'm way glad I chose it!
