Screensavers

So screensavers are basically pointless now from what I understand, but I still like them because they're purdy. Back when I was a kid in the early to mid-90s or so, the school computers (the ones they upgraded to after the green screen IBMs, that is) had these lovely fireworks screensavers and I'd just sit there and watch them.

The laptop I have has a pretty cool bubble screen saver that I catch people hypnotically watching now and then.

The maze was pretty cool. My favorite is the flying toasters.

Nostalgia is making your screen saver a scrolling bar telling your mom you got sucked into the computer.

I still run one, though it rotates out. I usually snag a cool flash animation off DeviantArt and convert it using the iScreensaver 4 trial

YES! I do!

I tried to take screenshots of it but the screenshot was not as pretty - it's a series of animations related to space. Some of it doesn't make any sense though, like a glowing 'tornado', but it's pretty.

I also own the Sherman's Lagoon screensaver. Jelly?

I have a folder of wallpapers of... scantily clad women, 4000 pics which I use as my screensaver, its awesome, its also how I decide which wallpaper I want to use *sees a particularly nice wallpaper, sets as wallpaper* job done.
