What is a typical breakfast for you like?

Because I'm obviously super healthy when it comes to eating I have poptarts and Mountain Dew Livewire

I don't do breakfast. I usually just take a glass of water to go with my medicine before I head out.

Nothing.

Waffles (sometimes with bacon)
Pancakes (sometimes with bacon)
Grits
Maple oatmeal
Fiber one bar
Apple sauce
Fish like tilapia or cod (if from the night before)
or
CAKE

Is usually my breakfast of choice.

What I drink is usually mango, orange juice or tea. Very rarely I will have coffee, and sometimes won't have caffeine at all to ensure I don't be desensitized to it.

The time of day has no influence over what I choose to eat. Today I had a leftover pork sandwich for breakfast, eggs and toast for lunch, and wild rice with blueberry muffins for dinner.

Last week I had ice cream for breakfast and lunch pretty much every day.

Breakfast, what's that?

When I do have breakfast, like today, I tend to go with the good ol' bacon, eggs and toast. Sometimes I make pancakes. Depends on my cravings and what's in the fridge.

I eat my first meal at 3:00 PM and the only thing that is consistent is that I have a large protein shake with whatever I eat. I'll eat whatever I feel like as long as I can get a good amount of protein and calories.

During the week, whatever the Gut Truck is serving. We've got a food truck that rolls through at 9:00 and 12:00, and a lot of people i work with just save the gas and eat whatever they're slinging. Usually Sausage egg and cheese on... something. Texas Toast alot of the time. If you get there as soon as he pulls up he's usually got a these pairs of country-fried steak biscuits with sawmill gravy poured over them. They are amazing because I am a fat kid from the south and therefore adore gravy and country fried anything. Weekends I've been on a breakfast burrito kick.

I don't have time for breakfast in the morning. If my train is cancelled, I go to Subway

Healthy option: Yoghurt and fruit

Had a few drinks the night before option: English Breakfast - Sausage, Egg, Bacon, Tomato etc...

Woke up surrounded by beer bottles with head down the toilet whilst being handcuffed to a goat option: Macdonalds Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal with an extra muffin and preferably extra grease...

I just make myself a meat and cheese sandwich at work on my first 10 minute break and have a bag of chips with it. Nothing special, but I need to make something quick that stays well below my time limit.

I have a cereal bar for breakfast around half of my workdays. If I'm not working, I just eat when I get hungry, and that could mean lunchtime or it could mean shortly after I wake. I might have a cereal bar, I might have McDonalds for breakfast, I might have something else if I feel like it.

I always as a rule eat breakfast but I do try to vary up so I don't get bored with it & decide to skip it. My typical breakfast food varies from:

2 rashers/pieces of bacon & 2 sausages

2 rashers/pieces of bacon & 4 slices of pineapple

A bowl of porridge (made with milk not water)

A high fiber breakfast cereal (because sometimes you need it  )

I tend to be all over the map when it comes to breakfast. Typically it's traditional breakfast foods - cereal, oatmeal, toast, etc -tut for the last couple of weeks I've been having spicy bean dip, tortla chips and fruit.

I don't know why.

Today I am having scrambled eggs and banana bread.

normally i don't allow for time for breakfast so i eat at noon.

post drinking weekends, however, i have to have one of those regular 3 egg, pile of meat, potato hash and 3 slices of buttered bread breakfasts

and orange juice.

Generally, I'm not a huge breakfast food fan, because I mostly don't like eggs. Usually have leftovers for breakfast. BBQ ribs, spaghetti, pizza, chicken...whatever sounds good! I don't restrict myself to just breakfast food.

Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day but I hate eating in the morning or when I just wake up. It makes me sick to my stomach. :barf:

Um, for me, some toast, eggs, and bacon with a bowl of cereal and a glass of milk. If I feel up to it I'll usually just walk to Timmy's and grab myself a breakfast sandwich, 1 donut, a small chocolate milk, and a bagel with garlic cream cheese. Yum :)

Whatever is a available, whenever it coincides with me being hungry, and also happens to sound tasty at the time.

It usually ends up being cereal or some form of pastry with coffee.

I have a drawer full of coke zero. I need to portion it out because I don't know when we might get another pizza party.

Whiskey sour.

Breakfast of champions!

I usually make an instant breakfast (that chocolate powder mix that you add milk to) and a banana. If I'm working out that day I get eggs and ham at a random diner afterwords since I have an hour to blow before work and I'm not near home.

Ive gotten into the bad habit of skipping breakfast entirely, food doesn't attract me in the morning, I simply can not be bothered eating. I'll sometimes grab a piece of bread (yes..) or just have a cup of tea as a substitute. I just find the thought of a bowl of cereal so unappetising, and a piece of bread is so easy..

Typically it's 3 eggs scrambled on top of 12 grain toast with peanut butter. If I don't have time to make that, it'll be eggos of varying flavours.

Um, my typical breakfast is a few chocochip cookies just to prevent myself from rolling back over after my alarm goes off. Lol. Does that count?

Welcome back, Sam. :p

I didn't have breakfast yesterday before lecture, and had to sit through two hours of Russian history, focusing on a detailed breakdown of Lenin and Trotsky whilst I stank of stale bonfire and was sick with hunger. I managed to grab a sandwich between lecture and seminar at 11, it was the greatest sandwich of my life.

I always have a cup of tea for breakfast (I am British so) and I'll eat either left overs, or an apple, or some fruit biscuit things, or some cereal.

As I have to buy all my own food, I usually have none of it anyway.

my usual breakfast choices will entail something along the line of in order of likeliness:

Fruit N Fibre cereal
Toast
Potato Farls
Hot Cross Buns (could also be hot cross bread toasted so :D)
Pancakes
Full English
Greggs (some form of pasty/slice from there)
Mac Donalds (I've fallen in love with the breakfast wrap from there but sausage and egg mc-muffin does nicely too)

on the occasions that we eat McDonald's, I go for either the steak, egg, and cheese bagel or the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Would have been the bacon egg and cheese mc griddle but the pancakes make me feel icky. Maybe after the baby's born. With this, a medium vanilla latte.

iHop, I usually get a pancakes combo of some sort.

At home, a bowl of cereal or instant oatmeal or if we have it, cinnabon cream of wheat!

I used to not eat breakfast (and I still don't on the weekends, because I sleep so late), but once got into the habit of it it's nice. Plus it helps me keep my weight constant, which is a good thing for someone who has always struggled with it but doesn't anymore.

I have a bowl of Kashi cereal with almond milk and yogurt.
