So last night I must have eaten something bad, cause today... well I will skip that part, but today I am feeling really really sick, do you guys have any tips you can give to help me feel better? I have no ginger or mints if you intend to suggest that.

Kaylene and Morphine is wonderful stuff and even stops the nausea. I also suggest that if you eat anything it should be plain toast or peanut butter and flat coke/pepsi. It /must/ be flat, so if you hate flat drinks don't drink it fizzy. Whatever you so, don't drink milk.

@OP drink lots of fluids. you're probably dehydrated from what we've concluded. It's also good for you.
