CEO = Chief Expectorive Officer?

I'm posting this question here, as I've seen the answer to it as my mom played yet I can not remember.

The thing is in one of the quests you can get (not too sure how my mom first got it), the one which you end up fighting a moogle named Riko Kupenreich, I don't recall if it was Kupenreich or another moogle in the area... I'm not sure if the term used was "Chief Expectorive Officer" or something else..... Could someone please tell me?

I know and can recall clearly that it was not 'Executive'. Del Murder, it's okay that you can't recall - I just hope someone is able to (unless I find the paper I wrote the meaning down)...
