So Phoenix Rising seems to think I'm some kind of war monger. Ironic. Anyway, I was actually heading for a Cultural Victory instead and was just trying to get some free techs through trading with MILF. We all help each other out in this European Paradise. Alas it seems like I have become a target for a number of spurious reasons, he's worse than goddamn Montezuma.

Apparently PF is unbannable from EoEo

I have an alternate suggestion - we get all of us banned from EoEo. Then he will be the king of the cinders.
