He's asking why so many monsters drop pebbles, because they're useless. And since he got the Canopic Jar, they're dropping fewer pebbles and more Arcana (because the Canopic Jar makes monsters able to drop Arcana) and he wants a High Arcana, but for that he needs a Soul of Thamasa, which is a rare drop from Oversouls. Soul of Thamasas can be "traded" for High Arcana at the bazaar. High Arcana can then be "traded" for a Tournesol.
