Welcome feeble humans, to Heroes and Villains Mafia, the greatest battle of all time.
I am Galactus, eater of worlds, and am pleased to inform you that you shall now participate in a battle for my amusement.

The winners shall recieve honor and shall not be eaten. The losers shall be sent to an abandoned planet, which shall then be eaten. If you do not participate, you shall be eaten.
We have spots for up to 20 people, so go ahead and sign up! If you want to remain anonymous, you can PM me instead.

If you haven't played Mafia Scum before, please tell me and I will give you a simple role. The basic Concept of the game is that every day the town works together to figure out who they believe is mafia, and then vote to lynch that person. The town wins when all anti town forces are eliminated. Meanwhile the Mafia will attempt to assassinate the town and will win if they equal or outnumber the townies.

• Unless specifically mentioned in your Assignment PMs, all Mafia related discussion must happen in the Official game thread. Please do not discuss the game using instant messengers, IRC, Private Messages, voice chats, phone calls, snail mail etc. etc. No, we can't enforce this because we can't spy on you, but we would appreciate it if you followed this simple rule.

• Do not reveal your role privately to each other. You can of course role claim as part of your strategy in this thread. Just don't do it outside the game.

• Play nice. Even if you are using second accounts, don't resort to flaming and whatnot. Kill each other without resorting to being mean.

• Please make all posts in the Game thread under your specific Mafia accounts.

• Play fair. Also known as the "don't be an ass" rule. Being an ass includes cheating, diverging completely from your assigned role, going back and deleting or editing all your posts, using asshole-ish methods to find out information about other people's roles, etc. I reserve the right to replace or modkill as I see fit if you're not playing fairly.

• Do NOT use your Mafia accounts to post in any non-Mafia related threads.

• You CANNOT abstain from voting!

Regarding roles and accounts:

• All of the roles were assigned randomly to a player and then those were randomly assigned to the character.

• Don’t roleplay, it’s annoying. I know it is. Play your character how you want though. There will be no penalty to anyone who does role play.

• Don’t share with others who you are or what your password is or what your role is. This makes it lose its fun-ness. Think for yourselves guys! You don’t need anyone else. (not valid for shared accounts)

Still means there are lots of roles if you can't cut it down except by 3-4 people. Expect roleclaiming in this game! If they are traditional ones, that's fine but when they are random non-traditional ones, that's when it gets a bit harder. You don't know if all the roles a DD-esque player is making is right or wrong o.o

Most of the roles are traditional, some are ones I've read about on that flash mafia walkthrough but people never seem to use them. On the other hand it wouldn't be one of my set-ups without a little "twist" ;)

Harsh, not just a burn but pure incineration :lol: I just had faith that we'd get the 20 (even though HC wrote 25 on the first post in the thread). The set up is easily trimmed down, like I said before it's a fairly "traditional" game. To be honest with the players we have it should be a decent game regardless of numbers!

Whoever is spiderman, If you have hosted, and picked based on favourites/based on the player, you were doing it wrong. Picking people to play like that makes it unfair and completely bias. The whole point of the random accounts are picked to help prevent people from voting with a bias. Giving them random roles prevents the mods from being bias. You, Psychotic & DK produced some of the most entertaining banter in any Mafia game I've ever been involved in Freya. The one thing I never liked about Mafia games (to be honestly this feeling isn't exclusive to Mafia) are the people who literally lose their sh*t when somebody tries to have a bit of light hearted banter. To be honest the moment Wonder Woman died I should of ended the game right there. You live & you learn I guess.

Also comedy was the fact that KaiserDragon thought that no one knew who he was. It was blatantly obvious who it was on day 1 xD dunno why anyone bothers with anonymity in this game it never lasts.
