Metamorph! HUH! Good God y'all! What is it good for?

I know you can get the Cursed Ring by using Ragnarok's Metamorph ability, but I really like having the sword.

What other interesting items can you obtain by using Metamorph?

Ribbons, an XP egg, there really isn't much it gives that you can't get elsewhere.

It's mostly a less messy alternative to spending hours dealing with the Coliseum, as well as getting extra's of certain rare items.

Regretfully, I don't think anyone has ever bothered to make one cause most die hard fans just take the Sword. :D I would probably just find a monster guide list for the game and just check what's there.
