I am downloading a game of a GOG.com by accepting the agreement without reading it. Do they own my firstborn? Do I have to be an organic target for the new series of attack drones?
Do you read them?
You need to read the licensed agreements specifically for those attack drones.
The drones need you.
They look up to you.

Those licensed agreements are like a good black and latino joke. Once you've read Juan, you've read Jamal.

I'm in a rush, so I didn't read the thread. I just clicked "post quick reply." I'm in a hurry!

the TOS and EULA is a good way to shut angry children up (and angry "adults")
I scroll to the bottom and read the last section because I remember some random thing I installed once said in their Ts and Cs that if you click accept it won't work.

I only read ones for things I haven't had experience with before.
Never.
Apparently one time this guy read the User Agreement and in it is said if you saw it and let them know, they'd give you $50 bucks. And he notified them, and they did! I always tell myself this could be me, but...
...never.

Standard form contracts (like a TOS that is the same for everyone) are those which it is irrational to read. It's not even worth the effort.
So no, I don't read them. :p

If raistlin doesn't feel the need to, neither do I.

Reminds me of the Van Halen 'brown M&M clause'. :p But no, I do not read TOS.
Sorry, I can't waste that 5 minutes when I could just click "Accept" and be on my way to playing World of Warcraft.

I always read them, although I have absolutely no idea why.
