I feel like simulating something. Other than a city because I've done that a lot already. So give me some ideas! What are your favorite simulation type games?

I like the more simplified relaxing ones such as Animal Crossing or whatever. Something that you can mess around in when it comes to the short term while having a lazy goal for the long term.

Planes are fun.
My favorites are resource gathering, city building sims like Age of Empires. Then there's Europa of course, which is more like being an alcoholic than playing a game. 'cause the shit's addictive, that's why

Clearly, you should simulate haunting the living fuck out of tenants: Ghost Master - GOG.com (http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/ghost_master)

'Sim Tramp' would be an awesome game.

Trying to survive day-to-day by coming up with ingenious ways of persuading the general public to part with their loose change. Key choices could be...
- Finding suitable materials to protect you from the elements.
- Locating a nice, sheltered sleeping area.
- Somehow finding a way to take your yearly bath.
- Deciding which brand of super-strength lager to buy to keep you warm at night.

Hmmm... not sure this is gonna fly.

I like how I've played the vast majority of the games mentioned in this thread. I'm such a sucker for sim games.

Dating Sims? I especially like this one that's technically an "h-game" called Tokimeki Check In! It's fun. :>

You know you can do exactly that in the Sims 3, don't you?
