So yes, we've got a Karaoke competition coming up and it looks like I get to host it this year. :radred:

It's going to be about 6 rounds this year, and since I'm hosting, our resident Karaoke Queen fire_of_avalon will be able to sign-up and defend her title! Applicants can respond in this thread whether they wish to partake, I only ask you also tell me what genre of music you like and dislike as well. ;)

You can drunk sing if you want or you could try to show off good vocals, EoFF will vote, but GC members tend to go for entertainment value so drunk singing will probably get you farther than you think. ;)

It will have a video game "flavor" to the competition but don't worry if you can't sing Eyes On Me without going off key a bit :ffvising:
There will be more than four "rounds" :moogle:
The first round will be the contestants choice, the others will have themes. :mymelkiss:
One of the Themes is "Pretty Little Princess" :peachdance:
There will be a few surprises including a few "guests". :bowser:
There will be no elimination, though if you don't wish to participate anymore after a few rounds, you are free to walk away. :onnanoko:

Record your self singing on a microphone (even if it's crappy), and send it in. If you need programs to help you, Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) is a good free recording program, and Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/) is a nice free file uploading program.
