A friend of mine has this website:

This is what he wants: "it needs to be encoded either via HTML or another platform that works for both mac/windows devices"

I have no idea what he's talking about. Does he want it to a .com or what?

I can only assume that he wants the site to look and play perfectly regardless of the medium being used. Does he have any prior web design experience? If not, he probably has no clue what the hell he's talking about, so just make sure it is pretty and that it works.


Does he want it to a .com or what?
