Cool Birthday Presents

My birthday isn't for another million years, but my parents are pretty awesome and have bought me two expensive ass presents this year. They got me The Legend of Drizzt board game earlier this year and my dad threw this knife at me two days ago

It's pretty bitchin'. It has a safety on it so it doesn't close in a way or time when you'd want it to remain open. It's slightly longer than what is legal to carry in public here in my state (and probably the whole country), but whatevs cops be my bitches anyways.

What are some cool presents that you've received for your birthday months in advance?

I have never received birthday presents in advance. In fact, they (in addition to the celebrations) are almost always, always, always late. This has turn my birthday really crappy the past few years. I guess my recent tattoo could be considered an early present to myself, though.

I got a pie tin sized no bake cookie for my twentieth birthday, that was rad! Last year everyone at work was really nice to me and a friend of mine baked me a cake with delicious homemade frosting. Then I got kinda drunk at Primanti's.

I like gestures more than actual gifts. Presents are nice, but memories never leave.

Actually the best gift I ever got was for my high school graduation. I got a computer. :)
