Do you like Sriracha Rooster Sauce?

I love it, it turns bland food into a tasty firestorm that burn my taste buds into cinders. Do you allow your tongue to immerse itself in the fiery goodness that is Sriracha? If not, tell me what kind of sauce is your favorite!

Sriracha is amazing. Mix that trout up with some mayo and honey (I know it sounds terrible) for sweet and spicy delightfulness.

Dear Sriracha Rooster Sauce - The Oatmeal (http://theoatmeal.com/comics/sriracha)

That sums up my take on it.

TL;DR:

I fucking love it.

It is a great hot sauce, but I don't like to use all that much of it. I prefer a balance of heat and taste than the raging firestorm some people enjoy.

It's amazing.

One New Year's Eve I was dared to eat an entire spoonful of it, and did so. With no drink. (I love hot food.)

Then another girl was like, "Oh so what, I can do that too!" At first she was like, "Hm, that's not bad." Five minutes later she was physically crying.

I did that with one of those "flaming hot" Jack Link's beef stick things. I dipped it into a homemade cayenne-and-jalapeno sauce I carry around with me (lol) and had been taking small bites throughout the day to savor it (plus my acid reflux is an asshole about that sort of thing so I couldn't eat it all at once like I wanted to) and when a friend asked for a taste her whole face turned red and there was a constant stream of tears until she grabbed my Dr Pepper and drank the entire remaining half of the bottle :|

And her bite was without the sauce, even. Some people, man. Some people.

Oh, well, in that case. Carry on, my wayward son. :)

(There are times I use steak sauce on steak, but it's only when those people don't put a little seasoning on their meat before they cook it.)

I put it on my "weird meal" that all of my friends think sounds disgusting, but when they smell it and try it, they admit it is delicious... and I think it's really the Sriracha that binds it together. Without it, it might be a disaster.

This "weird meal" consists of a flouer tortilla folded into a burrito holding a quarter cup of black beans, a quarter cup of brown rice, a quarter cup of shredded cheese (well, if I'm honest, I'll admit it's fat free shredded cheese), two tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter, and then a spiral of sriracha. It's sooooo good! (And full of protein!)
