What do you put on your typical, everyday sandwich? :ichigo:

I love rye bread, turkey, cheddar and hot sauce. Sometimes I add apple slices! The stoner sandwich version has a lot of onion on it.

This sounds amazing. The only things that would make it better would be turkey and alfalfa sprouts!

Ham. Provolone. White bread. Mayo.

If I'm at Subway, I get a ton of shit.

Also, I'm disgusted with all you who've been saying onions. :colbert:

Wheat bread, mayo or ranch, turkey, some kind of cheese - probably cheddar, tomato, avocado and onions.

I make several specialty sandwiches;

White bread, American cheese, honey-roasted turkey and topped off with sliced pepperoncini peppers and Sriracha sauce.
Honey Wheat, Swiss cheese, roast beef (warmed for a few moments), with fresh lettuce cooked portabella mushrooms and tomato.
Honey wheat, no cheese, chicken (luncheon), cracked black pepper turkey and my special BBQ sauce that consists of 2 parts Lea & Perrin's worcestershire sauce, 1 part honey BBQ sauce (any will do) and a tiny pinch of lemon-pepper for a zesty explosion.

I don't like things that aren't meat either. Except cheese. Is there a way I make a sandwich out of meat and cheese alone? Perhaps load all of the meat in between two slices of provolone? Perhaps include a few slices of cheddar in there somewhere?

Oh usually it's if I have leftovers though..I don't like using the microwave so I just warm it in the oven instead to have the garlic bread with it.

One of the nicest sandwiches I've had recently was pastrami, gherkins, and Dijon-aise (which I'm assuming is just French mustard with mayonnaise) on wholemeal bread which was very tasty. For my normal everyday sandwiches, I'm quite partial to ham/turkey salad with a little bit of mayonnaise, or coronation chicken. The place where I work does a carvery sandwich (which stuffing, cranberry sauce, apple sauce, etc to accompany) every lunch time which is often quite tempting.

Nah, I've had bread that was more amazing than the filler on a few occasions. Cheese bread is one of them. I mean, oh man, I could just eat a loaf of it. x_x Cheese topped buns are nice too, on their own, but bread with veins of cheese running through it, direct from a hot-bread shop (aka bakery in NZ) is just incredible.

As for filler, my standard fillers are any of the following...

1. Vegemite & Cheese
2. Crunchy peanut butter
3. Ham and cheese
4. Ham, cheese, cucumber and lettuce.
