Coming this week, we get to lose an hour! So remember to fall back an hour at 1 am... I mean 2 am, this Sunday!

Now question time, are you ready, or not? Or do you not care about DST?

Despite the fact that my most hated cartoon character of all time says this... I'm ready!

Actually we gain an hour with this one so hell yeah I'm ready, I like getting extra sleep and more night time.

Yeah, when you fall back into the "actual" pattern of time and leave DST you gain back the hour you lost when DST begins.

Of course measuring the passage of time is such an abstract thing that DST is plainly very silly.

All of my electronics update automatically so I use them to update my watch. I'm good.

I'm going to spend that extra hour the same way I do every year: sleeping!

Queensland doesn't have Daylight Savings because we get 20 hours of sunlight anyway.

Time is.

DLS is stupid. If people want more sunlight then just wake up earlier

This already happened last week. Keep up America!

What Shauna said. I know you Americans tend to be a few hours in the past, but a week? Shame. :greenie:

Give or take an hour, doesn't make much of a difference to me.

Yeah I got all confused, I celebrated an extra hour at a Halloween party last weekend :D

I think it's ridiculous.

I am not prepared and haven't had to deal with daylight savings time since 2007. Jeffie and Pike are confusing me. WHICH WAY DO I TURN MY CLOCKS?

I found out about it when I got into work today and was told I have to stay an extra hour at the end of my shift because of the time change.

Goddammit.

DST is ok it doesn't really bother me much.

I haven't given it a thought in probably five years. As long as I make it to work on time, I don't really care what it is for or when it comes/goes.

TO AVOID CONFUSION

spring ahead
fall back

all electronics usually update automatically around 2 AM.
