Oddly enough, I'm not feeling anything special.

Have you been let down recently?

Yesterday I was wallowing in a sea of misery and despair because I smurfed up and let myself down. I wanted to diiiiie. And this morning, everything worked itself out and I got to photograph a fun wedding at the County Clerks office. There were a ton of people there because of the whole 12/12/12 thing. It was cute and I'm happy again. I... uh. I overreact sometimes. :)

I've been ranting about the whole 12/12/12 thing all day. I'm very easily pleased.

I'm disipointed that my job says how awesome I am and how I'm a "superstar" at work yet as soon as December comes they cut me down to 20 hours a week. Awesome so now I have to choose between presents for my family or bills. Thank you Home Depot.

Unfortunately, as the internet is a series of tubes, my post took a couple of wrong turns and ran into a bottleneck around Detroit.

Seriously. I'm not that in love with triple digit dates...

10/11/12 is a cooler wedding date (it doubles as our dating anniversary too, we got married on our 2nd anniversary!)

dates are relative to an arbitrarily assigned starting point anyway so what would make this particular point in time any more special than the rest

(unix time 1234567890 was more fun)

also, on topic(?) i've always been very satisfied with the service at this establishment. the staff are all highly observant and attentive and I was treated with respect. 5/5

So I wrote this yesterday on my day off. Today I walked in to find that I was named the Operations Employee of the month. Damn you again Home Depot!
