Okay first off, I'm gonna just say:

Eternity - Memory of Lightwaves

because EVERYONE will say that. So let's just establish that as a given.

X-2 has a pretty...unique soundtrack I thought, for better or worse. I still think it has some very nice pieces.

What music did the fine posters here enjoy?

One of my favorite tracks and one that doesn't get mentioned much even by fans of teh game is the final boss theme.

Really, Memory of Lightwaves and Yuna's theme are the only tracks worth bothering with. It's not my favourite OST by a long mile, but it does have some diamonds in the dirt. Them two are the diamonds.

Memories of Lightwaves is not only the best track in the game, but one of the best in the series.

1000 Words is surprsingly effective as a ballad as well.

I actually didnt like the pop version of 1000 words, the orchestral version over the credits was great though.

My favorite tracks from Final Fantasy X-2 were Yuna's Theme and Eternity ~ Memory of Lightwaves. I have thought about it for a long time and I decided that I am not really a fan of real Emotion or 1000 Words. They have their place in the game, but I find them to be too inconsequential for me as a listener outside of the game.

Just remembered it! I like it too, it sounds like something from an action movie.
