So hey!
I just burst onto the site and I really felt like I had something to say, so here's me making a big fuss, when all of a sudden I realise I have nothing to say, or at least I don't know what to say.
You know that feels eyeson?
Share your awkwardness here friends.

Halloween at my office. There are some inexpertly-made fairy cakes on sale for 20p each.
Me: "Ha, who made these?! They look like they've been sat on by a fat man."
Female Co-worker: "My daughter made them for halloween."
Me: "...oh..."
Female Co-worker: "...."
Me: "...."

I like awkward silences because it means I'm not hearing an idiot speak.

"...." online is how some friends and I greet each other on Skype. XD
I sometimes cause awkward silences because I'm purposefully trying to ignore the other person and/or half-listening to them...

I would so prefer awkward silences to awkward conversation.

Everything about me is awkward so why wouldn't my silences be awkward as well?

"Hi"
"Hello"
"So how's it going?"
(12 minutes later)
"Good"
"Sorry I was walking the dog"
