Who has th best..er, least terrible, character design?

Aside from Weiss' hair, I never had any problem with any of the character designs. I would screw Rosso, marry Shelke, and wouldn't be able to avoid Nero because he can teleport. I would avoid Azul and have a malt with Weiss. Who's left?

Azul or Shelke have the most "sensible" character design. Rosso's outfit is just plain... yeah. Nero's is by far the worse; what the hell. I don't know who I would say is my favourite, they're all pretty crazy imo.

Shelke, she shows the most about her character in Dirge of Cerberus. I could also mention Before Crisis but actually Shelke is still my favourite.
